A user-friendly interface to PDF annotations
I’ve just uploaded the new version v2.4a to Bitbucket. The following excerpt from the README briefly describes the new version:

The new version v2.4a is already available on CTAN and surely soon in the package managers of the distributions.
I’ve just uploaded the new version v2.4 to Bitbucket. It fixes, inter alia, the incompatibility with the new LuaTeX version 0.95, which is now included in TeXLive 2016. The following excerpt from the README briefly describes the new version:

* compatibility fix for luatex v0.85+
* upgraded obsolete datetime to datetime2
* Bugfix: incorrect positions of PDF text annotations with dvips
The new version v2.4 should be available soon on CTAN and a few days later in the package managers of the distributions.
